Skin Health
Screening for skin cancer/melanoma, eczema, psoriasis, and alopecia conditions under-detected in communities of color, where outcomes are often worse.

A1C & glucose screening to catch diabetes and prediabetes early.

Confidential screening and prevention education, free of stigma.

Why we exist
Healthcare has advanced. Access hasn't kept up.
Across the country, millions of people still face barriers that delay care — distance, cost, workforce shortages, language, and fragmented systems. Community HAA was founded to close that gap by doing two things at once: delivering care directly and building the partnerships that keep access open long after an event ends.
